Trauma Informed Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT)

Necco has an opportunity for a career as Trauma-Informed Registered Behavior Technician. This role will target the treatment of both behavioral and emotional needs of individuals by offering education, support, and reinforcement related to treatment goals. The Trauma-Informed RBT will work with all Necco Center departments in supporting and training our teammates in providing trauma-informed care, understanding the “why” behind behavioral needs, and delivering/implementing functional behavioral analyses developed by a BCBA.
