Entry Level Warehouse Position

Duties and Responsibilities

Shipping and Receiving

· Palletize, ship, load, receive, and verify all inbound/outbound freight

· Handle and arrange inter-branch transfers

· Perform weekly cycle counts and periodic inventory counts

· Must work safely and follow safety regulations

· Must be able to perform basic math functions, such as: adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing

· Other duties may be assigned

Skills Required

An ideal candidate will:

· Obtain an EPA Universal 608 Certification (company provided)

· Be able to follow basic plant safety rules

· Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Be able to read and interpret documents such as: safety rules, safety data sheets, operation instructions, maintenance manuals, and training materials

· Lift up to 50 pounds frequently, and occasionally greater than 75 pounds

· Stand, walk, reach, stoop, crouch, crawl, bend, twist, squat, and kneel in non-climate-controlled facility

· Work independently or as a team member

· Be highly motivated, with keen attention to detail

· Verify and accurately complete documents as required

Other

· Must pass criminal background check

· Must pass pre-hire drug screen, and must be enrolled in our corporate random drug testing policy

· Forklift experience a plus, must become certified as a forklift operator (company provided)

· Requires High School Diploma or GED

· Must be 18+ years of age

· Prompt daily attendance is expected
