Fort Yates, ND / Outpatient Primary Care Physician

Prime Physicians is seeking a Primary Care Physician for an outpatient clinic in ND.

Clinic Locations  -  10 N River Road P.O Box J, Fort Yates, ND 58538  and 103 1st Ave E, Mclaughlin, SD

Certificates  - BE/BC in FM/IM Physicians. 3rd year Residents welcome to apply.

Schedule  - M-F Clinic 12  hrs/day + see 0-2 Inpatients 

Census  - Average Census - 15 Outpatients and 0-2 Inpatients in 12 hours. 

Start date: After mid Jan/Feb 2022

Credentialing time  - Approximately 4-6 weeks.

License  - Any state license works.

Housing may be available. No other expenses paid.

EMR  - RPMS

Pay -  $10,000 per week (M-F) for 1099 contractors.

Annual full time pay (W2) is 400k per year (48 weeks work). NON-NEGOTIABLE.
