Your Role as a Physical Therapist:- Evaluate & Empower: Conduct thorough evaluations of patients’ physical conditions and mobility to create personalized treatment plans.
- Diverse Therapeutic Techniques: Utilize exercises, manual therapy, and modalities like ultrasound, electrical stimulation, and heat/cold therapy to optimize patient recovery.
- Document & Communicate: Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals, patients, and families about treatment plans and progress.
- Educate & Motivate: Provide guidance to patients and their families on the therapeutic process, home exercise programs, and injury prevention strategies.
- Collaborate for Success: Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive, patient-centered care.
- Participate in Quality Improvement: Engage in initiatives that uphold our high standards of care and safety.
- Qualifications: A graduate of an accredited physical therapy curriculum (APTA or CAPT) and a valid state physical therapy license.
