Server Position Summary:
The Server provides guest first service in a pure family environment. Servers follow our 10 steps of service, describes delicious menu items, assist guests in making food & beverage selections, takes orders and puts them in the POS, delivers food and beverages, acts as a cashier at the table, and assists our team members to make sure we give the best service possible!

Under this provision, you will be paid a base hourly rate of not less than currently, not less  than $10.30 per hour. Jose Pepper’s will claim a tip credit of currently, $5.15/hour per hour. Tip credit is the difference between the minimum wage (currently $10.30/hour) and the minimum cash wage (currently $5.15/hour) which is the maximum allowed by federal law.
