Key Responsibilities:
Administer anesthesia for a variety of surgical and procedural interventions, including general, regional, and local anesthesia techniques.
Conduct comprehensive pre-anesthesia assessments to develop individualized anesthesia plans for patients.
Monitor patients' vital signs and adjust anesthesia delivery as necessary to ensure patient safety and comfort throughout procedures.
Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated and effective care.
Deliver post-anesthesia care and monitor patients during their recovery to ensure optimal outcomes.
Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of anesthesia-related procedures and patient interactions, complying with healthcare regulations.

Qualifications:
Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification.
Valid Wisconsin state license or eligibility to obtain one.
Proven experience in administering anesthesia for various procedures.
