Experienced Attorney

A small, downtown Denver AV-rated firm with global law firm affiliation is looking for an attorney with at least six years' experience in transactional and/or litigation matters.  The firm offers sophisticated practice in a collegial, small firm environment.

The ideal candidate will have an excellent academic record and must have substantial litigation and transactional experience, with some portable business.  The emphasis of the practice is the representation of individuals, small businesses, and large companies in corporate and real estate matters.  The firm offers a broad range of litigation opportunities, including real estate, intellectual property, lending, employment, and business disputes, both in federal and state courts and in arbitration. 

Flexible work schedules and working from home are supported.  The firm encourages efforts to develop new practice areas and clients.  Depending on an applicant's level of experience and the amount and quality of new business, compensation will range from $80,000 to $200,000 annually.  Benefits include a 401(k) plan, covered parking, contribution toward health insurance plan premiums, flexible work schedule, and reimbursement of approved business development expenses.  When sending your resume, you must include two writing samples.
