Salary Range: $58,000-$72,000

What will you do?

In their role, the Development Associate works in close partnership with the Senior Director of Development and Marketing, as well as the President and Executive Director. Their key tasks involve grant writing and managing the entire grant process. They will also oversee donor stewardship and maintain the relevant database. The Development Associate will collaborate with the Senior Director of Development and Marketing and the Executive Director on significant events, which includes managing logistics, project planning, day-of-event coordination, communication, and overseeing charitable giving processes, while also resolving any issues that may arise during the event.
