Plasma Services Group (PSG) is a global leader in specialty antibody recruitment for the medical diagnostic industry. As the Donor Liaison, you will work with our Director of Donor Recruitment and patients/donors to facilitate a patient-centric environment where plasma donations matter, and diagnostic research thrives. This is an entry-level position that prefers a background in clinical patient recruitment or communications and/or marketing. A bachelor’s degree in science, communications, Public Relations, or Marketing is preferred, but candidates will also be assessed on prior experience and skills. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· written and verbal communication with donors / patients
· travel booking assistance
· assisting with planning and executing recruitment strategies
· coordinating donor collections across different PSG departments and with 3rd party collection centers and vendors
· data entry - updating databases and Excel sheets with donor recruitment progress and collection tracking metrics
· building, shipping, and inventorying donor collection kits
Applicants must be able to work well within a team dynamic and have strong written and verbal communication skills. The right candidate should also be an extremely detail-oriented self-starter with the ability to adapt to a changing workflow. A successful Donor Liaison will take direction well and have a positive attitude.
Qualifications
· B.A. or B.S in a science, Communications / Marketing / Public Relations preferred
· Excellent written and oral communication skills
· Exceptional organizational skills
· Proper phone etiquette is required
· Detail-oriented, self-starter with excellent follow-through
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Teams)
· Adobe Photoshop / InDesign experience is a plus
· Passionate about helping and listening to others with the ability to lead with kindness
· Interest in non-profits / grass-roots patient-focused organizations
· Excited by the potential of growth with a willingness to learn
This is a full time, salaried position with the following hours & benefits:
Flexible Schedule /Hours: 4 day onsite work week. Some remote weekend hours communicating with donors about travel will also be required.
PTO – 10 days PTO + Flex schedule after training.
