HIRING IMMEDIATELY: Machine Operator in Crystal Lake, IL

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Machine Operator to join our client in Crystal Lake, IL. This individual will be responsible for operating production machinery, inspecting and packing products, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Pay, Schedule, and Location

  $17.50/hour, paid weekly
• Schedule:
  
  6:00 pm to 6:30 am, Wednesday/Thursday/Friday and every other Tuesday
• Location:
  
  Crystal Lake, IL

Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery in a safe and efficient manner
• Inspect and pack products according to company standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring that scrap materials are properly disposed of
• Complete required paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
• Multitask effectively to keep the machine running while performing inspections and packing
• Measure and interpret measurements with a standard ruler to 1/16 of an inch

Requirements and Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• 18 years of age or older
• Previous machine operator experience in a production environment preferred
• Ability to perform repetitive motions and lift/carry up to 50 lbs. without tools or assistance
• Ability to manipulate (push, pull, buddy-lift/carry) up to 65 lbs.
• Ability to effectively read, write, and verbally communicate in English
• Ability to stand/sit/walk for the duration of the shift without accommodations
• Basic math skills with the ability to add, subtract, divide, and multiply to figure footage and linear footage
• Ability to multitask and maintain machine operation while also inspecting and packing products
