About The Position

A large hospital is seeking a Radiation Oncologist for locum tenens coverage.
The facility is located in Peoria, Illinois.
This Monday-Friday, 8 AM-4:30 PM position involves treating 20-30 patients daily. Hospital privileges are required, with a 90-day credentialing period. The role includes 3D treatment, IMRT, SBRT/SRS treatments, simulations, consults, follow-ups, and OTVs using the EPIC EMR system. Board certification and an active state license are required for submission. Equipment details are not specified.

Dates Needed:  ASAP - Ongoing, 2 weeks/month (pending 90 day cred period)
Call Ratio/Schedule:  Possible call/weekends, depends on dates
Case Load/PPD:  20-30 patients/day on treatment
