Sign on Bonus of $12K for FT and $6K for PT

Pay: $30 up to $45( All Inclusive)

Responsibilities of LPN:

• The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care as well as physicians plan of treatment
• The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) follows a plan of care designed by our Nurse Manager
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)Perform Medication Administration and Treatments per POC
• Monitor residents' conditions and report accordingly by the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
• Accurate documentation in accordance with the provided orders

Qualifications of LPN:

• Primary series of the COVID-19 vaccine required
• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of MA
• Ability to work with multiple patients at once
