JobDescription: The purpose of the Restorative Nurse is to coordinaterestorative care for our residents. This includes promoting mobility andfunctionality to help decrease any physical declines. The Restorative Nurseimplements and supports resident care plans and strives to assist withmaintaining their maximum functional capacity. Along with managing theRestorative Care and Fall Programs, the Restorative Nurse supervises and trainsall Restorative Aides to ensure they are well versed in adhering to theprotocols and job duties aligned for the position.

What you bring to the table:

• Nurse licensing in good standing in the state of Illinois
• 2-3 years of experience (preferred)
• Restorative nursing certification

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinates restorative care for residents
• Implements and supports resident care plans
• Manages the Restorative Care and Fall Programs
• Supervises and trains all restorative aides
• Part of management rotation (rotation every 5-weeks)
