Portuguese Speaking Customer Support for Home Entertainment Systems Department - Full-time

Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opening for a Portuguese Speaking Customer Support Representative in our Home Entertainment Systems Department for one of our clients! In this Entry Level role, you will be the primary contact for our Portuguese-speaking clients, delivering exceptional support and assistance regarding their home entertainment systems. Your language skills will ensure smooth communication and outstanding service for our valued customers.

This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about technology and customer service. You will help clients troubleshoot issues, provide product information, and enhance their overall experience with our home entertainment systems.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in Portuguese via phone, email, and chat
• Assist clients with questions about home entertainment products and services
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to home entertainment systems
• Document customer interactions and solutions accurately in our support system
• Collaborate with technical teams to address complex issues
• Provide detailed information on product features and usage
• Gather customer feedback to continuously improve service delivery

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and verbal
• Previous experience in customer support, ideally in the electronics or home entertainment sector
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong troubleshooting abilities and technical aptitude
• A proactive approach to ensuring customer satisfaction
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with customer support software and systems
