Host

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly as they arrive and ensure they feel welcomed.
• Manage the seating arrangements efficiently to optimize table turnover while accommodating guest preferences.
• Maintain an accurate waiting list and communicate wait times clearly to guests.
• Answer phone calls, assist with reservations, and provide information about the menu, hours, and location.
• Collaborate with the front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service.
• Keep the host area clean, organized, and stocked with menus and other materials.
• Resolve guest inquiries or escalate concerns to the manager on duty when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in a customer service role or restaurant setting is a plus, but not required.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and occasionally lift up to 20 pounds.
