• 5 - 7 surgeries per week
• General adult ENT with facial trauma, endoscopic, thyroidectomy, paratidectomy, otologic surgeries
• Credentialing not needed
• DEA needed
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
• Assignment details and time entry in online portal
