Salary Range: $110,000 - $160,000 (commensurate with experience)

Work Environment: Onsite Fulltime

The firm specializes in complex commercial litigation, creditors' bankruptcy representation, and other multifaceted business litigation matters. Position Overview:

As an Associate Attorney, you will be an integral part of the firm's practice, managing a wide range of complex litigation cases. The ideal candidate has a robust understanding of commercial litigation, creditors' bankruptcy, and related business disputes, with a desire to contribute meaningfully to a collaborative legal team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in high-stakes commercial litigation, including creditors' rights and bankruptcy-related disputes.
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, and other court documents with precision and strategic insight.
• Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
• Manage cases from inception to resolution, including discovery, trial preparation, and court appearances.
• Collaborate closely with clients and colleagues to develop effective solutions to complex legal challenges.
• Required Skills:

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school with strong academic performance.
• Active membership in the Florida Bar in good standing.
• 2+ years of experience in commercial litigation or creditors' bankruptcy law.
• Exceptional legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in high-stakes commercial or multi-party litigation.
• Familiarity with bankruptcy court procedures and creditors' rights advocacy.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to build lasting client relationships.
