Requirement description :

• 1 year or more CURRENT Dialysis experience - Required
• NXSTage experience Highly Preferred - MUST NOTE IN PROFILE IF THEY HAVE THIS OR WILLING TO LEARN
• Copy of Current, Valid Driver License - Required
• Geriatric patient experience - Required
• CNN or CDN Certification - PREFERRED
• Crown Web EMR experience - Preferred
• BSN Preferred

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :

• BLS (AHA)

STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :

• Kentucky
