The Opportunity

• Manage project team execution balancing technical expertise, strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, interests in digital applications.
• Bring areas of interest such as HEOR / Market Access strategy and communications, HEOR research methodology and expertise, stakeholder insight generation to drive excellence.

Responsibilities

The Associate Director, Value Evidence Team will be part of the Value and Evidence Team and will help drive high quality technical execution of HEOR, Value, and Access projects. Examples of projects could be integrated evidence planning, RWE strategy development, systematic literature review, proactive outcomes research messaging to external stakeholders, advisory board planning and execution, etc. The Associate Director will be expected to:

• Independently manage the technical execution of AESARA’s projects with timely and high-quality deliverables
• Provide strategic direction to clients
• Manage projects effectively to meet timelines and budget
• Communicate clearly and impactfully, as she/he will be the face of AESARA with clients
• Work collaboratively with colleagues in the Value & Evidence team and with the other functions
• Act as a mentor for junior colleagues
• Identify opportunities, processes and methods to improve effectiveness and/or efficiency of the Value Evidence Team.
• Assist in the development of AESARA’s organization by providing input into the building and shaping of the organization.
• Contribute to the development of AESARA digital solutions by inputting technical expertise in a leading and/or contributing role.

Qualifications

• Graduate level education and a minimum of 5 years relevant experience in biotech and/or pharmaceutical industry
• Demonstrated HEOR, market access, managed markets and/or reimbursement experience
• Experience in delivering impactful HEOR, value & access input and insight across the development and commercialization lifecycle
• Ability to develop and execute HEOR deliverables, such as RWD studies, economic models, PROs, value dossiers and/or value communications materials
• Ability to develop evidence-based value propositions, clinical development value measurement strategies, value evidence generation plans and/or familiarity with a variety of European HTA, price & reimbursement processes
• Ability to understand, synthesize and communicate research to a variety of stakeholders
• Experience in managing client relationships
• Proficient in producing clear and professional MS suite outputs (PowerPoint, Excel).
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong collaborator, a self-starter and independent thinker
• An entrepreneurial mindset that is flexible, willing to problem solve and stretch out of comfort zones
