Global FX Analyst

ul liAssist with day-to-day operations, including but not limited to perform daily tasks, answering questions regarding FX products rates, international payment needs, client relationship management (phone in-person), generating reports analytics, playing an essential role in maintenance support of ongoing initiatives./li liAssist with sales outreach efforts; creating client pitch book; business development growth initiatives which include product training, sales presentations, and marketing events./li liExecutes FX transactions on behalf of BOH clients within limits and guidelines set in the bank’s foreign exchange trading policies/li liAssisting the FX advisors and management team as they are engaging clients and prospects on foreign exchange hedging strategies and currency trends, analyzing market data and writing commentaries on key economic and market developments/li liComplies fully with all Bank Operational and Credit policies and procedures as well as all regulatory requirements (e.g., Bank Secrecy Act, Know Your Client, Community Reinvestment Act, Fair Lending Practices, Code of Conduct, etc.)/li liManage and monitor outstanding FX orders to ensure accuracy and timely trade execution/li liProvide both verbal and written FX market update to internal staff and external customers/li liAssist in managing the bank’s foreign currency Nostro balances/li liRun various analysis to help analyzing market conditions and any other ad hoc reports required./li liAssist on system implementation, including system developing and testing/li liCalculate and reconcile the FX PL daily/li liPerforms other duties as requested/li /ul pstrong /strong/p pspan style="text-decoration: underline;"strongJob Qualifications/Requirements/strong/span/p ul liMinimum 1 year banking or financial services industry experience/li liBachelor’s or master’s degree in related field, such as finance, business management, economics, and statistics./li liIn-depth understanding of financial market dynamics/li liMust have excellent verbal/written communication skills sufficient to interact with all levels of bank personnel and customers/li liGood organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks/li liFluency in Korean a plus/li /ul p /p pThe salary range for this full-time position is $29.00 Hourly - $32.00 Hourly + bonus + benefits/p pSalary ranges are determined based on qualifications, level, and location./p pExact compensation may vary based on your skills and experience./p p /p pBank of Hope is an equal employment opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, gender, religion, age, sexual orientation, genetic information, national or ethnic origin, disability, marital status, veteran status or any other basis protected by federal, state, or local law./p
