ensure that administration is timely, in the right dosage and documented on the Medication Administration Record (MAR) as required./span/span/li lispan style="font-size:12pt"span style="font-size:11pt"Transport individuals to and from appointments, employment and/or community sites;/span/span/li lispan style="font-size:12pt"span style="font-size:11pt"Ensure individuals are appropriately groomed for all activities, employment and appointments,/span/span/li lispan style="font-size:12pt"span style="font-size:11pt"Assist with the planning and implementation of daily activities;/span/span/li lispan style="font-size:12pt"span style="font-size:11pt"Prepare meals or assist with the preparation of meals in accordance with Individual Support Plan and any diet orders, adaptive equipment or mealtime plans;/span/span/li lispan style="font-size:12pt"span style="font-size:11pt"Assist with the daily household chores, to include but not limited to laundry, meal preparation and cleaning;/span/span/li /ul ol lispan style="font-size:12pt"span style="font-size:11pt"Attend and participate in all relevant agency events, workshops, training and meetings;
