Must possess Clinical Lab Science degree certified by ASCP or equivalent as a Technologist. Under the direct supervision of the manager, supervisor or coordinator responsible for the assigned shift as scheduled. Incumbents are subject to overtime and call back by the department as designated by the hospital.p style="text-align:inherit"/pp style="text-align:inherit"/pp style="text-align:inherit"/ppbuESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:/u/b/pulliPerforms and determines the accuracy of routine and special laboratory tests in designated sections of the laboratory./liliEvaluates and reports test results as instructed by test procedure or section procedure./liliPerforms, calculates, analyzes, interprets, and record valid results./liliIdentifies problems that may affect test performance or test results and takes immediate corrective action.
