Job Description
Job Title: MRI Technologist

Job Specialty: MRI Tech

Job Duration: 13 weeks

Shift: Day, 5x8-Hour (07:00 - 15:30)

Guaranteed Hours:

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in adult ICU, ER/Trauma

License: Valid State License; for DC locations, must have DC license in hand or application pending; for MD locations, must have compact license or MD license

Certifications: ARRT (MR), BLS

Must-Have: Experience with CERNER and Siemens systems

Job Description:
- Perform MRI procedures in various areas, including abdomen, pelvis, chest, breast, head, neck, musculoskeletal, spine imaging, and more.
- Utilize skills in CINE, Diffusion, Gradient Echo Imaging, MIP, MRP, Perfusion, Spin Echo Images, Surface Coils, and T-1 Weighted Images.
- Maintain experience with PACS and ensure best practices in imaging.
- Participate in a rotation that includes some weekends; no on-call requirement.
- Complete orientation and required training modules.
- Adhere to the mandatory flu vaccination policy.
- Provide excellent patient care and adhere to all safety protocols.
- Must be comfortable with managers conducting interviews based on submitted profiles, possibly without a live interview.
- Submit references from two supervisors.
