Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (R.N.) to join our team as a Nursing Shift Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care during your assigned shift.
Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff on your shift
• Assess patient care needs and develop individualized care plans
• Monitor patient progress and implement necessary interventions
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards
• Provide guidance and support to nursing staff
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Requirements:

• Valid R.N. license in the state of Michigan
• Proven experience as a Registered Nurse in a supervisory role
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong knowledge of nursing principles and practices
• Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations
