Sunbelt Staffing is hiring a skilled Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to join a dedicated team in Pulaski, VA. This contract position requires experience in home health care, OASIS documentation, and independent patient management. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients in their homes while ensuring compliance with Medicare guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform in-home patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Administer treatments such as wound care, IV therapy, and medication management
• Accurately complete OASIS documentation (Homecare Homebase experience preferred)
• Educate patients and families on disease management and preventive care
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in Virginia
• Minimum of 2 years of recent home health experience
• Proficiency in OASIS documentation and Medicare regulations
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and meet Joint Commission standards
