Hungarian Speaking Consultant for Business Software & CRM Solutions Department

Mercier Consultancy is excited to offer a position for a Hungarian Speaking Consultant for our Client's Business Software & CRM Solutions Department. This entry level role is crucial in helping our Hungarian-speaking clients efficiently leverage our business software and CRM solutions to enhance their operational processes and customer engagement strategies.

In this dynamic position, you will provide expert support and guidance, conduct training sessions, and troubleshoot any issues that arise. Your focus on customer satisfaction will be key to fostering successful partnerships with our clients and ensuring they reap the full benefits of our solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support Hungarian-speaking clients with inquiries regarding business software and CRM solutions
• Assist clients in the selection and implementation of the appropriate software systems
• Conduct tailored training sessions and product demonstrations to maximize software usage
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide prompt resolutions
• Maintain thorough documentation of client support requests and interactions
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to communicate client feedback and recommend service improvements
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in business software and CRM solutions

Requirements

• Fluency in Hungarian and English, both written and spoken
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong focus on customer service
• Experience or knowledge of business software and CRM solutions is preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking capability to address client issues
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• A collaborative team player with a proactive approach to client interactions
• Previous experience in customer support or consulting is a plus but not required
