Job Description:

We are seeking a licensed, skilled, and motivated Civil Professional Engineer (PE) to join our team.
Must have an active State of Utah Professional Engineer License.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in civil engineering principles and be adept at utilizing various engineering software tools.
This role involves working on diverse projects, from infrastructure development to environmental engineering, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards while delivering high-quality results.
Prepare roadway, grading, drainage, water, and sewer plans using AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
Assist in developing procedures, systems, and methods for project delivery.
Development of project work plans and scopes of work.
Produce project deliverables including technical memoranda, design plans and specifications, and technical reports.
Prepare supporting calculations, construction specifications, and permitting in various jurisdictions.
Prepare construction cost models and engineer opinion of probable cost for projects through various stages of development including due diligence to final construction document submittal for bidding.
Manage and design development and redevelopment projects for private clients.
Construction Observation and Coordination with Construction Contractors.

Qualifications:

Active Professional Engineer License in the State of Utah.
5+ years of professional experience in engineering.
Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices.
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Strong skills using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Willing to assist with business development and marketing in Southern Utah.
Experience with drainage and utility reports.
