Litigation Associate – Philadelphia, PA
We are partnering with a well-established regional law firm that is seeking a Litigation Associate to join its Philadelphia (Center City) office. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a collaborative litigation team focused on defense-side matters, including products liability, toxic torts, premises liability, and asbestos litigation.
Location & Work Arrangement
Office: Philadelphia, PA (Center City)
Schedule: In-office presence required during initial onboarding, followed by a hybrid schedule (2–3 days remote)
Qualifications
2–5 years of litigation experience (3–6 preferred)
Prior experience in defense litigation, particularly: Toxic torts, Premises liability, Products liability, asbestos litigation
Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania (required)
Additional bar admissions in New Jersey or New York are a plus
Key Responsibilities
Conducting depositions and participating in arbitrations and mediations
Court appearances (trial experience is a plus, but not required)
Legal research and brief drafting
Managing cases from inception through resolution
Acting as a primary client contact, with strong communication and relationship-building skills
