French Speaking Customer Support for Home Entertainment Systems Department - Full-time

Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to announce an opening for a French Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Client's Home Entertainment Systems Department! In this key Junior role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our French-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to their home entertainment systems. Your fluency in French will be essential in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring our clients' satisfaction.

This position is ideal for individuals with a passion for technology and an interest in home entertainment solutions. You'll have the opportunity to help customers make the most of their products, troubleshoot issues, and enhance their viewing experience.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries in French via phone, email, and chat
• Provide assistance with questions about home entertainment systems, including setup, troubleshooting, and product features
• Document customer interactions and solutions accurately within our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
• Offer guidance on best practices for using home entertainment technology
• Gather feedback from customers to contribute to service improvements
• Participate in training sessions to stay informed about product updates and feature enhancements

Requirements

• Fluency in French and English, both written and verbal
• Previous experience in customer support, preferably in electronics or home entertainment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to high-quality service
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
