The role ensures that all guests have a pleasant and comfortable stay by providing them with a clean and welcoming environment./ppstrongEssential Duties and Responsibilities:/strong/pulliClean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing linens and toiletries./liliClean and maintain bathrooms, including toilets, showers, mirrors, and floors./liliRestock supplies such as towels, soaps, and tissues in guest rooms and public restrooms./liliReport any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or lost-and-found items to the Housekeeping Manager./liliFollow hotel security protocols and ensure the safety and privacy of guests./liliPerform general cleaning tasks in public areas, such as lobbies, corridors, and stairwells./liliRespond to guest requests in a timely and professional manner./liliAdhere to the hotel's standards for cleanliness and guest satisfaction./li/ulpstrongQualifications:/strong/pulliHigh school diploma or equivalent is preferred./liliPrevious experience in housekeeping or a related field is preferred but not required./liliAbility to work independently and as part of a team./liliStrong attention to detail and time management skills./liliBasic understanding of cleaning supplies and equipment./li/ulpstrongPhysical Requirements:/strong/pulliMust be able to stand, walk, and move throughout the hotel property for the majority of the work shift./liliMust be able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally./liliMust be able to reach, bend, stoop, and kneel frequently./li/ulpstrongWork Environment:/strong/pulliThis job operates in a hotel environment.
