• Other Info:
- Must have current OB Anesthesia skills
- OR and Endoscopy at night and weekend is a must
• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:
• Active AZ License
• BC/BE
• DEA
• ACLS
• COVID Vaccination
• 1 year experience
