Job Title: Part-Time Occupational Therapist (OT)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team in Rockford, IL, working part-time with elementary students in both self-contained and regular education settings. This position is for 15 hours per week over two days.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized therapy plans.
• Provide direct services to elementary students in self-contained and regular education settings.
• Collaborate with educational staff to support student learning goals.
• Track and document services provided, noting student progress.
• Engage with families and team members to ensure consistent support.

Qualifications:

• Valid OT license in Illinois.
• Experience with elementary-age students preferred.
• Strong munication and collaboration skills.
