- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Illinois or compact state\n
- Certification in Labor and Delivery nursing (L&D)\n
- Minimum 1 year of recent Labor & Delivery RN experience\n
- Current BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)\n
- Ability to work every other weekend and every other holiday as required\n
- Completion of all required onboarding health screenings and documentation\n

- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to mothers and newborns throughout labor, delivery, and postpartum stages\n
- Monitor patient status, fetal heart rates, and respond promptly to any changes in condition\n
- Collaborate with physicians, midwives, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes\n
- Educate patients and families on labor, delivery, and postpartum care best practices\n
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation of all patient care activities\n
- Adhere to hospital policies, clinical protocols, and safety standards\n
