Job Overview: As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will provide essential support to individuals with developmental disabilities and/or mental health challenges. You will assist with daily living activities and foster a positive, empowering environment to encourage independence and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily activities such as personal hygiene, meal prep, and household tasks.
• Support community integration, including transportation, social outings, and vocational activities.
• Build strong, respectful relationships with individuals, their families, and team members.
• Implement and track progress on individualized care plans.
• Promote self-advocacy and skill-building for greater independence.
• Maintain accurate, confidential records of care and progress.
• Ensure a safe and supportive environment by following health and safety protocols.
