Job Requirements:

• MD or DO with CT Controlled Substances and Federal DEA Registration
• Have successfully completed an Internal Medicine Residency or Family Medicine Residency and be Board Certified or Board Eligible.
• Part Time or Full Time position.

Pay: $225,000.00 - $375,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
