• Shift Schedule: Mon-Fri; 8a-5p
- with 1 hr lunch
• Patient Demographics: 60+ years old
• Patient Volume: 16-20 per day
• Specialty Backup: 2 Physician
• EMR: Cerner
• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:
• Active AZ License or IMLC
• BC
• BLS, ACLS
• 2 years experience
• COVID & FLU Vaccine
