Responsibilities and Duties
● Develop and implement the hotel's Annual Marketing Plan and submit the marketing budget.
● Plan, execute, and consult on the consistent application of the Nikki Beach brand on all marketing, communication, and media.
● Contribute to the development of the brand identity of new properties/outlets/services.
● Be in contact with the Nikki Beach International team, ensuring compliance with global brand policies and guidelines.
● Liaise with local and international digital agencies for the design, implementation, and optimization of digital campaigns.
● Generate digital content for print, social media & digital use, in partnership with the Creative Agency and Talents
● Manage website development with the Nikki Beach regional team and update content regularly with news, press, new services, new assets, etc.
● Design and execute the local and international media plan.
● Design the SoMe calendar for the hotel, with the assistance of the Nikki Beach International Team.
● Design the hotels’ DB campaigns, via Newsletter
● Liaise with Local and International PR agencies to successfully promote the hotel and boost awareness and desirability with press releases, media trips, and influencer visits.
● Manage photo and video shootings and ensure the approved assets are shared with all stakeholders.
● Maintain digital asset library with current, approved brand materials including logos, templates, images, and copy.
● Collaborate with revenue, guest relations, F&B, and HR departments on all marketing-related activities.
● Manage the design and creation of the Hotel’s collateral material.
● Review and monitor the MKG budget, monthly.
● Contribute to the hotel services and experiences offering in co-operation with the Operation Team and Hotel Manager.
● Support the Sales team with the provision of the required material to promote the Hotels in Wholesalers, OTA, B2B, etc.
Requirements
● 5+ years’ experience in hospitality management, including 3 years in a marketing and Commerce role.
● Degree/diploma in Hospitality Management, International Relations, or Marketing, or an equivalent combination of education and experience that provides knowledge, skills, and ability sufficient to successfully perform the duties of the position.
● Prior experience with digital marketing, social media management, working in luxury lifestyle sector and/or hospitality would be desired from the candidate.
● Ability to prioritize and work on several projects simultaneously should pose a challenge without being overwhelming.
● Ability to comprehend and use professional language, either written or spoken, to communicate complex ideas.
● Is creative, courageous, adventurous and spots opportunities to enhance the marketing performance.
● Strong communication and listening skills and excellent speaking, reading, and writing ability.
● Strong command of software applications, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and hotel-specific platforms
● Ability to travel frequently
● Social media and digital campaigns understanding.
● Fluency in English
● Canva, Photoshop or other designing tool use, preferred.
