ProKatchers is seeking a travel nurse RN Hospice for a travel nursing job in Moab, Utah.
Job Description & Requirements- Specialty: Hospice

- Shift: 12 hours

Qualifications:
\n\n· Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Utah or compact state RN license.
\n\n· Minimum of 3 year of nursing experience, preferably in hospice, home health or palliative care.
\n\n· Strong clinical assessment skills.
\n\n· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
\n\n· Compassionate demeanor and ability to support patients and families during difficult times.
\n\n· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required for home visits. Mileage reimbursement $.70 per mile.
\n\n· Current BLS Certification
\n\n· On-Call 1-3 shifts per week, to include 3 weekends during the 13 week contract depending on staffing levels. Able to respond within 45 minutes to patient needs when on call.
\n\n· Able to work holiday
\n\n· Hospicesoft/careficient EMR experience preferred
