Companion Care Needed

About who needs care: He has Vascular Dementia, Anxiety and mobility issues due to major stroke years ago and many mini strokes (TIA's) since. He can no longer drive so could be driven places. He could have help making a lunch or being taken to lunch. We could use help w/laundry, changing sheets, light house keeping, vacuuming. About the care needs: Friendly, self motivated, good driver, experience with Dementia. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
