Babysitter

We are a fun, easy-going family in Midlothian looking for a nurturing, reliable caregiver for our twin girls (1. 5 yrs). We need about 25-30 hrs/week. We are also exploring a potential nanny share with a close friend, so we would love to chat with caregivers open to either setup! If nanny sharing, care would be based in Bellevue (Richmond) for 3 littles (our twins + a 12-15 mo), eventually 4 (Mom #2 is expecting). We are new to the nanny share world and open to honest conversations about making it a great fit for everyone. If you are warm, patient, and love toddler energy, we would love to meet you!
