Responsibilities – Parts Runner / Lot Attendant:

• Effectively communicate with Service department to ensure the required parts are available for technicians
• Effectively communicate with the service department to retrieve required parts as needed for technicians
• Maintain technician work area (shop) in a clean and organized manner
• Retrieve vehicles as needed
• Maintain property in event of snow/rain storm
• Pull parts for shipments and technicians
• Maintain inventory of shipping materials and supplies
• Check in daily orders
• Support initiatives to improve shipping, receiving, handling and storage of materials for an efficient and organized inventory management
• Maintain the parking lot in a neat and organized manner
• Retrieve vehicles as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned
  
  

Qualifications – Parts Runner / Lot Attendant:

• Previous dealership experience is a plus!
• Inventory Management or Warehouse experience is a PLUS!
• A valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Must be efficient, accurate and well organized
• Highly professional and dependable
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
