Well respected Health Facility is seeking a Family NP/PA w/ Occupational Medicine about 1.5hrs from Bangor, ME

• 4 x 10's or 5 x 8's if preferred.
• Will see all ages.
• DOT certified or willing to obtain
• Can be both Family Practice and Occ Med (depending on the provider)
• 100% outpatient.
• PPD is 1.5 her contact hour
