Were Hiring:
Were seeking a dedicated BCBA to join our passionate team. As a BCBA youll play a key role in implementing evidence-based ABA strategies and providing exceptional supervision to help clients achieve meaningful progress.
Key Responsibilities:

• Design and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans and monitor evidence-based ABA strategies.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to assess client progress.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and team members to promote success.
• Provide fieldwork supervision hours and participate in team meetings.

Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to pass a background check.

What We Offer:

• Competitive pay: $65 - $80 per hour.
