Are you a Senior Litigation Paralegal ready to own your cases and be treated as a true litigation partner?

Our client is seeking a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of civil procedure (both NC state and federal) and the ability to independently manage cases from inception through trial. This isn't an entry-level role; it's for someone who thrives on high-level responsibilities and autonomy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complex litigation dockets in state and federal court.

• Draft and manage pleadings, subpoenas, and discovery documents with minimal supervision.

• Coordinate and track all aspects of discovery, including document management, privilege reviews, and production.

• Understand case facts, claims, defenses, and procedural posture.

• Anticipate discovery and evidence needs to support claims or defenses.

• Assist in case strategy development and trial preparation.

• Monitor deadlines, manage docketing systems, and ensure procedural compliance.

• Maintain organized files, prepare chronologies and timelines, and assist with deposition/trial exhibits.

• Accurately and consistently track and bill time.

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience, preferably in a law firm.
