• Current practice established in 2013, previous practice with group established in 2005, which sold to hospital in 2013.
• Private group.
• Partnership track of 3 years.
• Call of 1:5.
• Affiliated with 2 nearby hospitals
• Vacation time of 4 weeks, plus 1 week for CME.
• Relocation expenses up to 10k.
