Physician Family Practice-Without OB - Competitive Salary

Vivo HealthStaff is recruiting for Concierge Physician for a confidential primary care practice in San Francisco and Silicon Valley, CA. This is a permanent full-time position with competitive salary and benefits.

About the role
You will practice within a high-touch, team-based model to oversee the comprehensive health and well-being of a select patient panel. Working alongside a Registered Nurse and a Patient Care Administrator, you will participate in regular team huddles, coordinate proactive care plans, and deliver personalized, relationship-driven medicine.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with a curated patient panel.

• Manage chronic and acute illness, preventive care, and episodic injuries.

• Conduct well checks and occasional in-home visits when clinically appropriate.

• Provide after-hours phone access for continuity of care.

• Monitor physical and psychological well-being and coordinate referrals as needed.

• Lead and mentor your care team to ensure a seamless patient experience.

• Produce individualized health summaries and care plans to guide patients and the team.

Candidate profile

• 5+ years full-time clinical experience, with at least 3 years in a high-volume setting (e.g., large hospital system or multi-site practice).

• Mission-driven clinicians with experience serving diverse or underserved populations.

• Strong collaborators who share best practices and maintain meticulous attention to detail.

• Intellectually curious and open to integrating modern diagnostics and preventive care tools.
  

Requirements

• Active California medical license.

• Active DEA registration.

• Board eligible or board certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Preventive Medicine.
