Customer Service Representative - On Site, Bartlett IL

As Optibelt’s talented CSR, you will be responsible for providing customer service support by obtaining and verifying the accuracy of order information. Having a sense of urgency to respond to inquiries is a must! As CSR, you must have strong written and verbal communication skills, including a strong customer orientation, organized and excellent time management skills, and follow-up. Attention to detail and high quality of work are expected from you.

Requirements:

  •  Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide into all units of measure, to compute rate, ratio, and percent.
  •  Excellent communication and people skills

  •  Can multi-task through various platforms
  •  MUST have excellent computer Skills (MS Office, Teams) SUGAR experience is a plus.

  •  Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness.
  •  Authorized to work in the U.S.

Your Primary Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate ownership of customer satisfaction by fully and completely resolving each customer inquiry, regardless of issue type with respect
  • Aiding and customer service support
  • Talks with customers by phone and receives orders via different media.
  • Enter and follow up on orders, and orders and provide leads to outside sales. provide leads to the outside sales team.
  • Issuing “Return-Goods-Authorization”, credit memos and explaining as well as administering credit policies, return policies, etc.
  • Filing and maintaining an organized working environment
  • Service pick-up and walk-in business
  • Provide invoice copies on request.
  • Maintain customer records.
  • Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner.
  • Other duties may be assigned as the situation requires.
  • Responds promptly to customer needs.

Annual Salary: Pay to starts at $43,000 annually - DOE plus potential Monthly Bonus
