Front Desk Agent

Fairmont Hot Springs Resort is looking for a Front Desk agent to join our team. Applicant must have strong customer service experience, must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Job duties include: Communications with guests and associates, will be required to answer multi line switchboard and take reservations, cash handling, making deposits, manage accurate accounting of all rooms, handle guest check ins and check outs appropriately.
