font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"If you are a current associate of Primo Brands, please apply via MyADP./span/strong/pp style="margin-right: 0in; margin-left: 0in; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;" /pp style="margin: 0px;"span style="font-size: 11.0pt;"We are currently seeking a strongSeasonal Blow Mold Technician /strongfor our bottle production team/span/pp style="margin: 0px;" /pp style="margin: 0px;"strongspan style="font-size: 11.0pt;"Factory Location/span/strongspan style="font-size: 11.0pt;": Ontario, Californiabr /strongCompensation/strong: $26.71 - $30.06 / hour br /strongShift differential/strong: 6%-8% of base hourly rate paid for applicable hours worked br /strongSchedule: /strongSunday – Thursday, 9:00 pm – 5:30 ambr //span/pp style="margin: 0px;" /pp style="margin: 0px;"span style="font-size: 11.0pt;"Must be able to work day shift for 2-3 weeks of training. /span/pp style="margin: 0px;"span style="font-size: 11.0pt;"Ability to work holidays and weekends per business needs./span/pp style="margin: 0px;"span style="font-size: 11.0pt;" /span/p Responsibilities: p style="margin: 0px;"strongspan style="font-size: 11.0pt;"Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:/span/strongspan style="font-size: 11.0pt;"br //span/pulliSafely and proactively operate, troubleshoot, and optimize PET blow mold and support equipment./liliMeet performance targets for blow molding./liliEnsure proper setup of blow mold machines./liliMonitor and adjust bottle processes to optimize bottle quality and correct defects, including the completion of hourly quality checks./liliManage bottle silo level, merge/dump gate setup, and blower speeds./liliRoutinely communicate with up/down stream operators to maximize line performance./liliExecute preform and bottle changeovers./liliMaintain machine adjustment logs./liliComply with sanitation standards, adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and maintain a clean and organized work area./liliFollow contamination prevention and machine cleaning procedures./liliBecome proficient in facility specific blow molder equipment operations and troubleshooting./liliUse troubleshooting to correct downtime issues./liliCommunicate with maintenance on machine performance issues, submit work requests for corrective maintenance./liliCross train and perform duties of other team members as needed./liliAssist with equipment repairs, preventative maintenance, and rebuilds as needed./li/ul Qualifications: ullispan style="font-size: 10pt;"High school diploma or GED; additional technical training or certifications desired./span/lilispan style="font-size: 10pt;"Prior experience operating PET blowmold equipment, troubleshooting blowmold components (such as t-arm, spindle, blowing valves), and processing experience is needed./span/lilispan style="font-size: 10pt;"Solid computer skills, including the use of Word, Excel, Outlook, and enterprise management software (SAP)./span/lilispan style="font-size: 10pt;"Ability to work independently or with a team and communicate effectively./span/lilispan style="font-size: 10pt;"Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills./span/lilispan style="font-size: 10pt;"Comfort working in a high-speed production environment./span/lilispan style="font-size: 10pt;"Ability to move/lift 50 lbs at various times over a 12-hour shift;
