Crew Member - Full-time / Part-time

The Crew Members will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service every time they are on the clock.

• Create a positive working environment by coming to do their job to the best of their ability and bringing a positive mentality to share with their fellow crew members.
• Conduct himself/herself in a professional manner when dealing with customers, Team Members, and corporate management.
• Act as a role model for other Team Members by adhering to all state and federal labor and health laws and upholding the policies and standards of performance and conduct that are set by the Company.

• Provide excellent guest satisfaction, service speed, and product quality
• Previous experience working in a cafe or quick service restaurant preferred
• Meet safety and sanitation standards
• Anticipate and understand guests’ needs and exceed their expectations
• Works well in a team environment
• 17 years of age and above with some exceptions
• Reliable Transportation
• Serving coffee, food, ice/cream
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Increase overall sales by upselling and cross-selling

Follow the Steps of service, Process all orders. Clean and stock the Restaurant, maintain restrooms

Make orders follow food safety standards, Label and portion the product, Cook Wings/Burgers/Fries, etc, Have Fun

As an employee, you will create legendary experiences for guests through the production of all

Buffalo Wild Wings GO food menu items and by managing the takeout process, from order to

pick-up/payment.
